1-on-1 Technical Support for Your Organization

For all users eligible subscription levels, a Dedicated Account Manager is assigned to your organization to provide technical support, customization requests and data entry services.

  • Technical Support- Provide guidance on how to utilize system via support ticket system, email, phone and Skype. Can also assist with data collection if bulk data transfer is required.
  • Customization Requests- When users want to make requests for adjustments to the system that would allow for a better data capture and/or reports specific to their organization.
  • Data Entry Services- (For limited time only) We will assist you with the organization and submission of the Contract Bird entry, process and collation of documents.

Advocacy & Consulting Services

A Voice for the Underrepresented

We also provide advocacy and consulting services for our eligible subscribers. We also offer services tailored especially for users that represent or participate in programs that support small, woman, and minority-owned business enterprises.

  • Entry Submissions- We will provide direct assistance with the organization, collation and data entry of the submission.
  • Entry Notifications- Upon entry submission, advocate will personally contact involved parties via email and/or phone to ensure delivery and receipt confirmation.
  • Predefined Projects- We will set up predefined projects and establish the necessary system elements to track and manage contractor payments, disputes, workforce payroll, employee training and more.
