The Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Process
The entire process for a Contract Bird Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entry happens in 3 phases, or steps.
Step 1

Entry is submitted into Contract Bird
Custom Issue Builder
Users have the ability to create a custom entry explaining all issues and involved parties.
Initial Report Created
Users would be able to generate a detailed report of the initial entry.
Parties Notified
Involved parties are notified via email and/or by phone.
Step 2
•
Involved & responsible parties review & respond.
Parties Comment
Involved parties provide feedback and provide comments on listed issues.
Parties Notified
All involved parties are notified when any new comments are added or any change in status.
Resolution/Result
Parties come to a resolution or the entry is closed and escalated or noted as unresolved.
Step 3
•
Detailed report created upon close of entry.
Final Comments
After entry is closed, parties are surveyed and can provide final comments.
Final Report Created
Final report generated to detail final conclusion of issues and resolution.
Parties Notified
Involved parties are notified via email and/or by phone of final report.
